Effective: September 29, 2026
Sprint Mode LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sprint Mode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Sprint Mode platform at sprintmode.ai and its associated portals, including Signal, Studios, and Raise (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.
When you register or are provisioned an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role. This information is used to provision your account and communicate with you about the Platform.
The Platform supports magic link, Google SSO, and Microsoft SSO authentication. We receive the authentication token and associated profile data (name, email) from your identity provider to create or identify your session. We do not store your SSO passwords.
We collect standard server logs when you use the Platform, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, actions taken, and session duration. This data is used to maintain, secure, and improve the Platform.
If you arrive from a link or an ad, we record the campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source and Google’s click identifier), the page you landed on and the referring site, and keep them with your inquiry or account so we know which channel brought you.
Any data, files, or content you upload or enter into the Platform (“Content”) is stored and processed to provide the Platform services you request.
If you connect third-party integrations (such as Slack, Jira, or QuickBooks), we receive data from those services as necessary to operate the integration. The scope of data received depends on the permissions you grant.
We share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Platform:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you connect a Google account to the Platform (for example Google Workspace in Signal, or Google Ads and Google Analytics for reporting on, and managing, the advertising accounts you authorize), we access only the Google data needed to provide that feature: for Signal, activity metadata and your organization’s directory user list; for reporting, Google Ads and Google Analytics performance data. Google sign-in gives us only your name and email address.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the feature you enabled. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except the service providers that host and operate the Platform. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. You can disconnect Google at any time in the product; we delete the Google user data we stored within thirty (30) days of disconnection, unless a longer period is required by law.
Sprint Mode’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@sprintmode.ai. We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days.
We do not sell personal information. California residents have the right to opt out of any sale of personal information; there is nothing to opt out of here.
The Platform uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These are strictly necessary for the Platform to function.
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage data. This may include pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. We also use Google Ads to measure the performance of our own advertising. When you submit a form or sign up after clicking one of our ads, we may send Google Ads a hashed (one-way encoded) version of your email address so the sign-up can be matched to the ad; Google cannot read the address, and it is used only to measure our advertising. We may later report to Google Ads that a sign-up became a customer, and the value of that purchase, using only the click identifier, not your name or email. You can control ad personalization in Google’s Ad Settings and opt out of Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use third-party advertising pixels or social media widgets inside the logged-in Platform.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, and role-based access controls. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Platform at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
